Our Process
1. Material and Color Selection

Please contact us to make an appointment! We will walk you through the pros and cons of available materials, to help you find what will work best for you and your family!
2. Estimate

Many of our clients opt for an estimate first. We can quote a mid-range product to give you an idea of ballpark, so you have some working numbers prior to meeting with us.
We will need the following from you to begin:
- sketch of your kitchen + dimensions in inches, or cabinet drawings if your kitchen will be new
- a photo of the space
- stove or cooktop?
- style of sink
3. Template

Once you are ready to go ahead, and have signed the contract, we will schedule a template date.
Our templater will come by with a laser system which measures all cabinets plus variations in walls to ensure a perfect fit.
Your template is the start of your project, and therefore we request that no changes are made after this date.
Note: Apron sinks must be set in place prior to template, as they are designed to be built into cabinetry. We will shim the sink up as needed and silicon following install.
4. Fabrication

Cutting, grinding and polishing is done in our shop by our CNC equipment and skilled craftsmen.
Prior to cutting, your slab is laid down on the saw table for a final inspection for any defects, bowing, or other problems that could impact the integrity of your work surface.
5. Installation

Our standard lead times from template to install are typically 1-3 weeks, depending on a few factors including:
- job scope
- time of year
- material workability
- lead time from our clients
Once your job is fabricated, we will schedule an install date with you during which we will also install your (standard) undermount sink.
Please book your plumber 24 hours or later, to allow enough time for silicon to set.
6. Plumbing + Electrical Hookups

24 hours post install, your plumber can come and hook up your sink and faucet. We do not provide this service, but can always recommend someone that can help you!
